About Me and this Site

My name is Dave Warden and I have been building web sites since 1999. This in no way makes me an expert on web development, but I do have the experience to know what I would of liked to know when I started building web sites. This site is for information on general web development from simple static sites to e-commerce sites. Included at the bottom of every topic page are links to the sites I have found to be particularly helpful and/or useful when I develop web sites.

I don't generally go into very techy details on the topics I cover. Every topic I cover could be the source of an entire web site. My aim is to cover the important details to give a good understanding.
